RETURNS:
We strive to offer the highest quality health related items, but should the need arise to return an order, please contact customerservice@naturalhealthpower.net. A return shipment address will be furnished at that time. Healio Health products are warranted for 30 days, beginning the day of customer order receipt. Merchandise must be returned in new condition and shipped in the original shipping container/packing materials.
Should your order arrive damaged/defective, contact customerservice@naturalhealthpower.net and describe the problem. Be sure to save the original shipping container/packing material in case a return is necessary.
Exchanges: If you would like to make an exchange of products, contact us at customerservice@naturalhealthpower.net. We will advise you of shipping options, additional shipping fees, and the correct return address. Save the original shipping container/packing material for return shipment.
NOTE: Magnet insoles and pillows, and Revision skin care products are not returnable unless damaged intransit. For return/exchange of Diabetic shoes, contact us at customerservice@naturalhealthpower.net for details.
SHIPPING:
Orders are normally processed in the order received. Shipment occurs 2-3 business days after the order is received. Orders received after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. Expedited shipping is available for 2-day or Next Day Service if orders are received prior to 10:00 a.m. MST.
